One repo.
Then decide.

We map your codebase and rank the fixes by what each one saves. It all runs inside your network. Your code never leaves.

What the assessment gives you

The waste, found and named

Not a severity score. The exact redundant loops, repeated queries and needless calls your code runs, and the compute each one burns.

The fixes that pay back most

Ranked by compute impact, how often the code runs in production, and how sure we are of each finding.

A false-positive rate you can check

Measured on your own repos, the same way we measured it on the open-source Sentry codebase.

Book your assessment

Tell us where to point it. We take it from there.

We reply within one business day. No code and no metadata ever leave your network.

Nothing leaves your network.

The assessment runs in your environment, never ours. Locally, or self-deployed through Terraform into a cloud account you control. No source code and no metadata cross your firewall, and nothing waits on a security review.

Source code. Never leaves your environment.

Metadata. Not file names, not structure, not findings.

Production. Never touched. Static analysis only.

From booking to findings.
One repository.

You choose the repository. Ascend reads it where it lives and hands back the waste it found, ranked. Then you decide.

01

You book

Tell us where to point it. No code and no credentials are needed to book.

02

We reply

Within one business day, to agree on the repository and how the assessment will run.

04

You decide

The waste, named, and the fixes ranked by what each one saves. What happens next is your call.

What teams ask first.

Does it run against production?

No. Ascend analyzes the repository, not your running systems. APM data is optional and read-only. No agents, no instrumentation, no changes to production.

Which languages do you support?

Java, C#, Python, Go and TypeScript, with more added as customers need them. Using a different language? Tell us in the form.

How do we know the findings are right?

Ascend favors precision over volume, and every finding passes several layers of validation. We measure the false-positive rate on your own repos, the same way we did on Sentry.

Can we trust the fixes?

Each fix is validated to preserve behavior and comes with the code change and its reasoning. Nothing merges without your approval.

Does it work on legacy code?

Yes. Code written years ago, yesterday or by an AI agent. Ascend clears existing waste and scans new pull requests before new waste merges.

What do we need to get started?

Just the form. No code and no credentials to book. Install is Terraform into your cloud or on-premises, or local on one developer machine, and we guide you through it.

Point it at a repository
you believe is clean.

That is usually the interesting one.
